COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Imperial IPA is strong, bitter, and a little sweet. Look for notes of tangerine and grapefruit with pith from the hops, and some plum and honey from the malt. As balanced as an Imperial can be, while still punching you in the face just a little… as we’re sure you’re looking for. Malts Used: 2-Row, Crystal, Aromatic, Honey Malt, Special B, Flaked Maize, Candi Sugar Hops Used: Liberty Yeast: House Strain

Tap at the brewpub. Rich reddish amber pour with a frothy beige head. Sweet citrus hop nose and taste. Some plum in here. Not overly bitter. Good stuff.
