COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Lorenzo Dabove in arte Kuaska

Finale secco speziato e amaro.

Bottle at the Great British Beer Festival 2014, Day 3 - London. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy, off-white head. Nicely balanced beer with notes of pale bread, some tangerine meringue, mellow pine needles. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Balanced finish, some further citrusy meringue, pale dough. Solid.

GBBF Day 3. Bottle. Clear amber beer, no head. Palate is light and crisp. Caramel malts balance light tangy orange hops. Light dry finish. Simple but effective.

Bottle from GBBF 2014 and drunk at home. Hazy gold amber light brown lasting thin off white head. Rather a decent amber/pale ale I thought. Like a lot of Italian beers, it’s just so defined in the flavours. I mean every other amber I’ve had in the past couple of weeks has been what it says on the tin. This is just more defined and flavourfull. Very decent. Some hop on the finish. Malty hoppy, drinkable. Some lemon and orange fruit flavours.

75cl bottle thanks to Luca! It pours an amber gold colour with a large white head. Aroma is very earthy malt, citrus too. More earthy malt and a delicate bitterness in the finish, eventually settling on a sweetish estery character in the aftertaste. Quite good overall.

Bottle from Pazzeria, Milan
Hazy light amber color with medium sized head. If you rally dig into the aroma, you may find some almonds (but also paper and alcohol). Correct body strength, modest malt flavor, with a very light touch of herbs; light residual sweetness; it has a correct bitterness. Not bad, but overall simple and rather boring.
Among the Belgians, sub-par.

Pours copper with a small white head. Smells and tastes fruity malty and abit alcohol with a similar finish.
