Bottle, shared with Parksy and Grippitis. Very hazy amber, thin tan head. Fruity caramel profile, somewhat vinous character. Quite thin actually. I’ve tried two beers fom this brewer. Both bottles made quite a big deal about this brewer having been Italian Brewer Of The Year in 2009. Neither beer has shown any reason why this happened.

Difficilmente ascrivibile in uno stile preciso.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty aroma. Fruity malty spicy yeasty weak grassy flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty finish.

Bottle from GBBF 2013 and drunk at home. Clear mid brown colour with a thin lasting beige head. Toffee aroma. It’s got some malt, some fruit, vague hop on finish. Not much of a biere de garde, not much of a beer to be honest.

Copper body with sticky head. Aroma of wheat, caramel, funk, nuts. Taste of nuts, caramel, some banana, warming palate. Seems a little heavy for the style.

375 ml bottle poured a clear amber with a lingering ring of amber foam., Aromas of carmel, earthiness, fruittiness and light toffee. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of carmel, fruittiness and light earthiness with a smooth lingering fruity finish.

Birra ramata con schiuma fine e poco persistente. Aspetto bruno e limpido, profumo tenue quanto ordinario, frizzantezza normale, corpo leggero, amaro appena percettibile, persistenza del retro corto. Segnalata come migliore birrra del 2009, giudizio secondo me esagerato.
