In bottiglia da 75cl. Aroma di crosta di pane, cereale, caramello, leggero speziato. Al palato corpo rotondo, sentori di caramello bilanciati da un retrogusto leggermente amaro tessoro.

Bottle shared at chriso’s Post-GBBF Shindig 2014 - London. Pours unclear golden with a creamy white head. Novel, with light Belgian yeast character, bread, dough, some ripe orange. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet finish with light bitter hay and orange peel, more doughy bread, yeast. Not bad overall.

It pours a cloudy caramel color. The head is a light tan. It has a fruity cherry aroma with caramel malts. It has flavors of cherry, bread, cereal and a bit of caramel. It has an excellent mixture of flavors on the palate and goes down quite smooth.

Bottle, shared with Parksy and Grippitis. Very hazy amber, thin tan head. Fruity caramel profile, somewhat vinous character. Quite thin actually. I’ve tried two beers fom this brewer. Both bottles made quite a big deal about this brewer having been Italian Brewer Of The Year in 2009. Neither beer has shown any reason why this happened.
