Bottle shared at Chriso’s post GBBF minidig, 16/08/14 picked up from somewhere in Roma I imagine. Hazed orange amber with moderate off white spotting and edgework. Nose is fruit punch, spice, bready notes, apricot, dark fruit. Taste comprises fruit loaf, bread, bitter orange, spice, light citric peel, vanilla. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Ok for style.

BeerViking (2564) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 16, 2014
Bottle, cloudy brown with a thin ring, musty nose with a hint of grape, dry and lightly fruity body, hints of caramel, earth, orange juice, interesting but doesn’t hang together.

DuffMan (6886) - the land of bitumen, beef & beer, Alberta, CANADA - FEB 20, 2014
Bottle, shared with Parksy and Grippitis. Very hazy amber, thin tan head. Fruity caramel profile, somewhat vinous character. Quite thin actually. I’ve tried two beers fom this brewer. Both bottles made quite a big deal about this brewer having been Italian Brewer Of The Year in 2009. Neither beer has shown any reason why this happened.

Difficilmente ascrivibile in uno stile preciso.

harrisoni (13844) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - AUG 20, 2013
Bottle from GBBF 2013 and drunk at home. Clear mid brown colour with a thin lasting beige head. Toffee aroma. It’s got some malt, some fruit, vague hop on finish. Not much of a biere de garde, not much of a beer to be honest.

Copper body with sticky head. Aroma of wheat, caramel, funk, nuts. Taste of nuts, caramel, some banana, warming palate. Seems a little heavy for the style.
