Cloudy dark amber, small head. Sweet nose of malts and caramel; taste of malt and caramel with, maybe, fruity notes. Average palate. No bitter hops. Enjoyable, chewy, malty ... impressed my friends who think "Italian mass market." OK, actually.

Bottle. Amber with a tall, foamy tan head. Aroma is soft grains, malt, light straw, grass and faint spice. Taste is caramel malt, grains, light spice, earthy notes, and dusty yeast. Body is light-medium with a soft, bubbly carbonation. Light hop bitterness during the finish along with cereal grains, caramel malt, dusty yeast, dried fruit, earthy notes and dusty yeast.

Bottle from Pazzeria, Milan
Hazy amber color with medium sized creamy head. The aroma has both notes of stale and of fruits; some vegetables and very light benzoate. Medium body strength, with some malt flavor and light fruit notes; medium to strong bitterness and even some alcohol perception; there is some bitterness in the end similar to the apricot stones (apricot almonds).
There is some weirdness, some outfit feeling in this beer; not Belgian, not too bad…

Final intenso y seco. Sabores a frutas, principalmente manzana. En general una cerveza de estilo "Biere de Garde", con sabores complejos e interesantes. Muy Buena cerveza, digna de probar muchas veces más!

750 ml. Hazy copper-brown with a small lasting disc of creamy bubbles. Nice aroma of toasted malt, earthy peat and chocolate. Taste is toast, caramel, chocolate and light smoke and peat. Tobacco hints in the long finish. Light-medium body is soft and well balanced, with low carbonation and very drinkable.

A murky amber brownish hue with a thin beige head with some lacing on the pour. Aroma of caramel malt, yeast, and a nice fruity bouquet, plums, dates, raisins. Taste is sweet caramel malt, yeasty, with a nice fruity esters, white plums, figs, raisins. Palate is a medium to full body with a slightly creamy texture and mild carbonation. Finish is sweet caramel malt, yeast, fruity, plums, figs with some bitterness for balance and slight lingering alcohol ending. Overall a good, tasty and quite enjoyable brew.

750 mL cobalt bottle. Pours a hazy clay orange with little carbonation and very small wisp of off white head. The aroma is sweet and fruity, with notes of pomegranate, plum, cherry, and raisin; there is also a toasted malt quality with a very slight woody edge. The flavor is malty with some raisin and apple notes. Not quite as fruity as the nose. The finish is spritzy with a slight lemon and herb tone. Decent beer, but not as subtle as I was hoping.
