COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Golden color and creamy white load and foam, the Toccadib˛ reminds us once a golden strong ale. In the nose, is clean and dry with pronounced alcoholic sensations that soon evaporate leaving a magnificent triumph of fruity peach and apricot syrup that is well balanced with hints of hops flavoring reminiscent of the chives. In the palate, announced the sensation of "warming" is well contrasted by bold dryness that gives us a spicy aftertaste, clean and sharp that leads us, despite the strong alcohol content, just a second glass to be desired. More attentive the taster will not escape an unusual but pleasant hint of amaretto. A table can be combined perfectly with white meat, but may surprise and degrease elaborate dishes of game, fight fat cheeses with long ripening prove irresistible tarts and fruit syrup or amaretti. Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast, spices. Serving temperature: 10 ░ -12 ░ C

Bottiglia 75cl ordinata di birraland e bevuta a casa. Chiara con bella schiuma. Corpo medio, bella calda per l'alcol. Frutta gialla matura, finale amarognolo. Sinceramente una grande birra, beverina pur essendo strutturata! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhold

Bottle at CGarvie tasting. It pours pale yellow with a small white head. The nose is sherbet, apple, sweet pear, orange and floral notes. The nose is quite light, sherbet, straw, apple, pear, honey and floral notes with a sweet finish. Light-medium body and fine carbonation. A bit light for the style and too sweet for my tastes.

Very hazy gold beer, good white head. Dry palate, crispy and airy. Mild minerals and mild banana ester. White pepper spice and a trace of soap. Thin creamy malt underneath. Okay.

Bella carbonatazione con una scriuma lieve ma molto sottile, aromi agrumati e alcolici che ritornano in bocca insieme ad un amaro bilanciato

On tap at ginger man ny served in an 8 oz snifter. A: Chardonnay, white grape juice, green apples hints of vinegar A: pours a golden vibrant, with 1/4 inch head, persistent carbonation and head retention T: green apples, lemon, lactic tartness, tannins from oak present P: medium body, tart, persistent carbonation Overall excellent Belgian golden ale, the barrel completely transforms this into a sour beer I would consider the sourness on this beer to a Flanders red, base beer was excellent and barrel aging this makes it a great beer

Carried home from Italy, April 2009, where I bought it at Johnnyĺs Off License in Rome, and shared June 2011. Very nice, opaque bright orange color. A great looking beer. Big, rocky, pillow-like, white head. Light sweet with yeast, strong earthy quality with dirt and grass. Very light spice. A good beer.
