Poured into a pint glass from bottle. 2-3 finger head with a bright off-white head, no lacce. Cloudy honey color with strong alcohol aroma despite the low abv and slight malty undertones. My last beer in Milan this is a very crisp, slightly carbonated, semi-fruity citrus taste with very mild palate. A very drinkable beer from Sardegna but not the most interesting and am confused that they are sold only in 75cL. Also confused by the high 3’s this is definitely an average beer that would be on tap at an average bar in the states.

Pours a very nice copper color, cloudy, with a small sized but persistent head. The aroma is delicate, fruity, with some malt, and no sign of age. The body is weak, the flavor is simple, with some vegetables; dry, with medium-low bitterness.

Hazy dark golden with a small white head. Fruity and spicy aroma with some malt. Clean and sweet flavour of malt and fruit. Tasty

Pours amber with an off-white head. Aroma is crisp malt, grassy hop and fruity notes. Flavour is sweet malt, fruity notes and light hay hop.

Bottle @ Papsø-Grand-Tasting, September 2010. Pours cloudy golden with a small bubbly head and lacings. Nose is sweet. Grain, fruit and yeast. Some citrussy hops in the end. Medium bodied. Ok

cloudy brown, almost clear smooth white head. faint aroma, flowery, very faint red fruits??. flavor is bitter, malty, flowery, nice bitter flavor with flowery and yellow fruity notes.

Bottle at Papsø’s - Thanks. Clear amber - white head. Bread, chocolate, light hoppy, nutty notes, light body, dryness, medium malty, fruity hoppy.

Bottle at Papsø. Clear golden coloured with a medium sized off-white ehad. Fruity aroma of malts, caramel and hops. Fruity flavour of malts, caramel, peaches and hops. Hoppy finish.

Cloudy golden with a small off white head. Malty nose with caramel and hints of hops. Hoppy flavor with malt, caramel and fruity hints. Finished dry and slightly bitter.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma is peachy and mild citrusy hops. Citric, sweet and mild peachy fruity. Mellow yeasty and hops fruity finish. Nice one.

Bottled. A dark golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, elderflowers, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, fruit, spices, and caramel, leading to a dry spicy finish.
