Draft. Poured a hazy copper color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with excellent lacing. Moderate red citrus and earthy aroma. Medium body with a slick texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy citrus bitter & sour flavor with a medium to heavy bitter & sour finish of moderate duration. My expectations where met.

On tap at the Smokehouse (this is from old notes I found). Deep golden color wiwth a sticky, foamy off white head. Light fresh hop cone nose with some red grapefruit. Light body with an upfront grapefruit juice bite. Some apple sauce sweetness and a long grapefruit rind finish. Quaffable IPA.

First sip was almost a sour bitterness. After a few more the citrus really kicks in and its balanced by a decent sweetness. I regret not reordering this for the alexander imp stout

From the firkin on 7/9/2010. Responded well to the keg, good solid hops with a peppery taste.

Pint on tap at the Alehouse. Cloudy orange pour with a medium off-white head. Super orangey nose with some pine and sweet malt notes. Smells like a Two Hearted clone, which is definitely fine with me. Flavor is orange and pine again, but no real malt presence and a bit unbalanced in terms of the flavoring and bittering hops. Lots of bitterness here, but not enough flavor to back it up. Very good beer don’t get me wrong, but it had the potential to be world class after I got a whiff of the nose.

On draught at Ale House #1. The beer is a clear light copper color with a medium thin bone white head that dissipates steadily. Stringy lacing on the glass. Citrusy hops aroma with some malty notes. Medium body with a grassy hops flavor along with citrus and malt in the background. The finish is mildly hoppy with a short fruity aftertaste. Decent overall.
