on tap-pours a rich white head that laces and hazy straw color. Aroma is banana, secondary grain/wheat. Taste is banana, secondary grain/wheat, some lemon, pepper. As it warms the pepper turns to clove and comes thru on the nose too.

I had this on tap at Barley’s in Vegas. Pale yellow, hazy, the aroma was of a bit of banana and clove, the body and flavor were thin.

Tap, with lemon that I removed. Looked like cloudy lemon juice, or a Blue Moon, but bartender told me that’s unusual, normally clearer. Rim hugger. Smells of delicate citrus: lemon and orange. Tastes of wheat, fruit and banana bread. A sweet and soft brew with a nice medium finish. A long lingering aftertaste of banana bread makes it very nice, not the usual fare at a brewpub.

Not a bad hefe considering..... There was a sad presence of some sort of fruit concoction smell that was held in the background. and that was it, the alcohol was quite weak and this watered downed brew did not satisfy that well.

Draught in Henderson. Really tough to rate since the server basically smashed an entire lemon into it. It looked nice but seemd to lack some of the expected spice and banana esters. Thin, watery mouthfeel.

Sample at the brewpub. This beer is a cloudy yellow color with a medium thin ivory white head that diminishes slowly. Thin rings of lacing on the glass. Wheat and banana aroma with a touch of spice. Light, clean body with wheat, peat malt and sweet fruit flavors. The finish is mildly wheaty and thin with a touch of banana and spice aftertaste. Nothing worth coming back to here.

Draft - Juneish: Light hazy yellow, light head and lacing. Nose of light esters and wheat, some malt and no hops. The flavor is thin, but a trace of yeast and esters hang on the air. The finish is thin, funky and stale. Horrible!

Draught at the brewpub
Cloudy blond color. Aroma of banana, fruity, but apart from that the beer is very poor. Watery Weizen.
