COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed to celebrate our 500th batch brewed, we used all Australian Galaxy hope, giving way to distinct grapefruit, mango and passionfruit notes while not backing off from the assertive hop bitterness you’ve grown to expect.

Note: Brewed at the Barley’s Smokehouse and Brewpub.

Dogbrick (4828) - Columbus, USA - OCT 31, 2011
On draught at Barley’s Smokehouse. This beer is a hazy orange-gold color with a medium off-white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast, tropical fruit and hops. Medium body with flavors of peppery yeast, citrus, pineapple and hops. Some sweet malt in the background. The finish is yeast at first and leaves a mildly spiced hops aftertaste. Above average overall.

On tap at the Smokehouse on 10/28/11. Cloudy gold pour with a medium white head. Aroma of banana, bubble gum, pepper, pear and grassy hop. Flavor starts with banana, then moves to peppery yeast, grassy hops and a bit of fruit before a bitter hop finish.
