COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our second organic ale is brewed for springtime refreshment. Mild Child is a medium bodied, smooth beer with hints of dried fruit. Extremely drinkable, well balanced and refreshing. Mild Child is a celebration of our respect for Earth, without compromise in the flavor and richness for which Barley’s ales are known.

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2010 Sample at the 1st annual Columbus Beerfest on 05/28/10: Pours brown with a thin light beige head that dissipates to a film quickly. Spotty lacing. Herbal and spicy hops and malt aromas. Light, clean body with mild flavors including malt, fruit and hops. The finish is fruity with a grainy aftertaste. Just average overall.
