COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Stronger than a red ale, darker than an imperial IPA and hoppier than a strong ale, this is an impish ale brewed as a salute to sultry redhead everywhere

Sample at the Smokehouse on 8/10/12. Clear red pour with a medium beige head. Malty and caramelly nose with some fruitiness. Malty and caramelly flavor with a dry hop finish.

Sample at Barley’s Smokehouse. The beer pours a clear reddish-amber color with a medium bone white head that burns away quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of hops, roasted malt and fruit. Medium-bodied with flavors of floral hops, caramel malt and a bit of citrus. The finish is moderately bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Above average overall.

Draft at Smokehouse. Poured clear reddish brown color with an average fizzy off-white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted malt and hop aroma. Medium to full body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium to heavy toasted biitersweet flavor with a medium to heavy bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Standout drinkable brew.

Had a pint at the brewpub. Dark amber in color with a fluffy off-white head. Aroma of roasted carmel malts and hops. Taste of citrus hops, carmel, clove, and toasted bread. Medium to light body, that is easy drinking with little alcohol detection. Enjoyable beer; would recommend to others.

Dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma and taste of citrus hops. Long tangy/hoppy finish.
