Sample at the Smokehouse on 3/15/12. Clear gold pour with a thick white head. Aroma of funk, malt and bread, kind of like a Berliner weisse. Malty flavor with spicy and peppery rye character before a bready finish.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
On draught at Barley’s Smokehouse. The beer is a slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a thin and fizzy white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grassy hops malt. Light-bodied with flavors of mildly spiced hops and grass as well as a bit of bready malt. The finish is mildly hoppy with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Decent all around.
