Quite malty, red malt. Red berry flavour, bit of white choc. I like the malitness of this. Nice enough ESB chriso (4420), London, Greater London, England Nov 8, 2006 Cask (gravity dispense), Reading Beer Festival, April 2006. More copper than red, but undeniably a handsome looking beer. Plenty of rich, full, chewy malt underpinned by a smattering of earthy hops. Could do with a few more. Quite nice but noting out of the ordinary.
