Orange to amber colored, quicly disapating head, low carbonation and no lace. Simple, sugary flavors, clean but boring.

No head on the pour with a nice warm smell of grains. The taste is kinda off and I can’t pinpoint the finish but it’s not great. Lots of grains in this one. I’m not going to do this one again.

Poured a clear copper color with an off-white head. The aroma was huge on the diacetyl with some malt underneath the butter. The flavor has malt but quite a bit of butter. Hint of tartness on the finish.

bu11zeye (10165) - Frisco (Dallas), Texas, USA - FEB 26, 2010
(22oz bottle, courtesy of AmEricanBrew) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a small foamy white head. Aroma of sour dough and butter. Flavor of sour grain, lemon, and caramel. Another infected Baron beer… Would be nice to try a beer from Baron that wasn’t infected…
