Bomber from Liquid Solutions. Bready aroma backed by noble hop. Tarnished golden color with a white head that collapsed quickly. Medium body with light creamy carbonation. The flavor is a bit biscuit/butterscotch with nice noble/grassy hop. It has substance. It is not a wimpy, watery pils. The finish is a butterscotch note with an appropriate amount of hop. This is a unique product.

very floral and grassy. Nice grainy malt base, somewhat biscuity. Subdued tartness present from a lemon addition. A little too thin without enough character to make it interesting. Good, would be very rrefreshing on a hot day.

22 oz bottle via Liquid Sol. Pours a clear gold with a large white head. Nose is subtle lager yeast and saaz hops. Taste tries to start sweet, but quickly turns biscuity, almost toffeeish, and then the saaz hops kick in...lots of saaz hoppiness, some grassiness, and a bit of a metallic aftertaste. This is nowhere near as smooth as the Kulbacher Pils i just had, but is is just as good in a much bolder way. Not as sessionable, but hoppiliciously drinkable! Carbonation is high, body is medium. A very good Pils. One of the best i have had.

Won a recent Brewing News reader’s choice award and gave it a try on draught. Not particularly impressive in any department. Pale hue lacks a certain depth of color but there is some lacing and a decent head. Aroma is clean hop and grain and invitingly aromatic. Flavors disappoint after that. Thin and lacking complexity, hop character, or anything that would have me coming back for more. Mouthfeel is not entertaining. It does finish clean but is pretty boring beer.

Appearance: Pours a clear, pale yellow body with a thin white head.
Smell: Scant pils malt aroma with a meager handful of Noble hops tossed in and a bit of lemon.
Taste: Pils malt flavor, though with very little sweetness. Thin Saaz hop flavor with just a bit of bitterness. A handful of lemons in the finish. Pretty lacking overall.
Mouthfeel: Light-bodied (a bit too light). Moderate carbonation.
Drinkability: A pretty basic pilsener, there are many others that exhibit far more razzle-dazzle and/or refinement.
