3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours amber, white 1" head, good lacing. Strong floral hop aroma. Taste is well balanced hops and malts. More interesting flavors than I would expect from a lager. Enjoyed this quite a lot. Will have another please.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
330ml bottle, BB 31/07/08, served chilled. Pick this up discounted at my local Dan Murphys. Clean reddish golden body, white collar of foam. Sweet cerealy aroma, slight breadiness, a hint of spicey floral hops. Full bodied, prickly with carbonation, has slightly sweet stickyiness about it. Body mainly reflects the bread and cereal maltiness from the nose, not alot in the way of hop character or bitterness to balance the sweetness. Finishes chalky dry. Needs more hop oompf.

2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours a transparent golden with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of mild toffee sweetness and subtle noble hops. Body starts slightly sweet and grainy with a fine carbonation and a more bitter, earthy finish. A pretty typical pale lager: smooth, and unoffensive, but mediocre.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
bottle - Pours pale, clear gold with a thin white head. It has a cereal malt aroma that makes me think corn. The flavor is more of the same but it does have some decent hops balance. Itís a bit on the watery side, but not too bad on that score. This one is drinkable and would be alright on a hot day, but itís certainly not worth shipping from Australia.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle: Pale golden color with a relatively decent head. This carries a European aroma and drinks with the smooth balance of a better German pilsner. With only light hints of starchiness, this drinks with a great balance of light fruity malt and just a kiss of quality hop bitterness. Definitely sessionable. (#3396, 4/10/2008)
