2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20 bhensonb (8985) - Woodland, California, USA - DEC 26, 2007
Bottle from Ledger’s. Aroma is lightly fruity/floral over very light caramel malt. Amber tinged gold color with a respectable beige head. Medium body with creamy carbonation. The flavor is unusual. Seems to be light veg/grass/floral mix over light caramel. More like an amber ale than a "pale" lager. Finish is a bit veg and bitter. Dry too. The Brave Boys did a good job with this one.

Bottle from Jungle Jim’s. Poured clear amber color with an average frothy white head that mostly lasted with fair lacing. Light to moderate sweet grassy aroma. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Light sweet flavor with a light sweet finish of short duration. Soft sweet drinkable brew.
1.6 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 4/20 hopscotch (8212) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - NOV 5, 2007
Bottle... Hazy yellow lager with a small, creamy, white head. The aroma is resinous and pungent with notes of orange peel and orange blossom honey. Mostly sweet flavor with just a whisper of acidity; bittered just enough for a semblance of balance. Not really unpleasant, but definitely uncreative. Medium-bodied with lively carbonation. Crisp, lightly sweet finish with just a touch of tanginess.
2.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 CaptainCougar (7093) - Columbia, Maryland, USA - MAY 24, 2008
Pours a transparent golden with a thin, wispy-lacing white head. Aroma of mild toffee sweetness and subtle noble hops. Body starts slightly sweet and grainy with a fine carbonation and a more bitter, earthy finish. A pretty typical pale lager: smooth, and unoffensive, but mediocre.

Bottle from State Line. Gold pour with aroma and taste of pale malt, mild honey, and mild hopcitrus. Watery palate that is fairly smooth, though, with no noted off notes.
