Suttree (2293), Knoxville, Tennessee, USA Jul 12, 2008 Sometimes, calling a beer "easy drinkin’" is a compliment, but other times, it means that it doen’t challenge or entertain. This would be one of those other times.
zombywoof (300), Shawnee, Kansas, USA Aug 20, 2008 Grainey lager with some hint of hops and fruit. Wet cardboard taste-what I look for in any beer. Thin and brief finish. If not for the fact that I picked up a six for $4.99 (cheaper than Bud) I’d be a little more PO"d. Don’t see myself buying this again unless I want mass quantities for a party then it might be worthwhile at this price. Reid (991), Salem, Oregon, USA Aug 7, 2008 Light amber beer, large creamy off white head.
Aroma doesnt really amount to much, some vageu maltiness and roasted peanuts for some reason.
Flavour really isnt that bad, semi-sweet maltiness and a underlying current of lemon-grass hoppiness.
I actually liked the palate on this one, well carbonated and quite "thick" on the tongue.
Like the lager this is a nice enough beer. decaturstevo (1194), decatur, Tennessee, USA Jun 5, 2008 A bit of corn it seems. If tere is hops I didn’t pich up much. Deep golden amberish pour with a light thight head and lace. Decnet drinkable beer not really like a pa but there is some bitter. Foamy but not really bad. For a pale ites just not out there where it should be. If this is a pale ale my ass is a jackhammer. Shag (1777), Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA Jun 4, 2008 A golden apperance with a small white head. The aroma is rather weak with hints of citrus showing through. The flavor is watery but contains some malty notes and a hint of lemons. BORING!
