Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a peppery finish. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090313]

UPDATED: APR 13, 2008 An orange beer with a white head. The aroma is alcohol with notes of peach as well as hints of metal and honey. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol and fruit, especially peach coming thru. To simple to hide the alcohol.

33 cL bottle. Pours golden yellow with a lacing white head. Slight sweet aroma with a bit of dryness. Slight bread malty flavour, clear sweetness. End with a bit of bitterness and warming alcohol feel. Nice.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2008 Bottled. Clear golden, brief head. Butter malty nose. Sweet and rounded with solid, well organized maltiness. Flavour of grain and butter, covered in thick layers of grass. Slight salty bitterness. Well made!

Bottle, 6.9%. Refreshing aroma, rough hoppiness. Clear dark golden colour. Small semi-stable white head. The flavour has a distinct caramelly maltiness, but is not too sweet. Medium bitterness, very clean. Good alcohol flavour in the finish and a nice mouthfeel.

Light-sweet, strawy malty and a bit perfumed nose with light notes of honey and a very faint herbal, slightly grassy hoppy touch. Light-sweet flavour, quite slim bodied for a brew of 6.9% abv, lively carbonated mouthfeel. Flat pale malt-character, slightly strawy and quite one-dimensional; moderately dry, slightly bitter and slim finish. Bland pale Bock.
