alexsdad06 (554), Ohio, USA Jul 4, 2008 22 oz. bottle. Pours a clear amber color with a thick beige head that produces a good amount of lacing. The aroma is mainly caramel malts with light fruity hoppiness also present. The flavor is caramel malt, mild roasted malt, and a touch of bitterness. Medium bodied and fairly smooth drinking. BREWMUSKCLES (728), WEEHAWKEN, New Jersey, USA Jul 2, 2008 this is a brew that is tart and fizzy. the main tastes are some kind of artifical tasting consortium of candy like fruit flavors that prove useless to attempt to describe as it is all artificial in taste. kind of like a sweet tart candy fizz all chalky and with alcohol. needless to say it is not enjoyable and for that matter neither tolerable. General_Gao (2357), Iowa City, Iowa, USA May 25, 2008 22oz bottle. Poured a clear reddish-orange color. Head fizzled out quickly to a few soapy bubbles. Smelled of crackers, molasses, and subdued brown sugar. Slightly sweet with toffee, earthy hop, and corn syrup flavors. Plenty of corn syrup, unfortunately. There was also a hint of white paper to top things off. Not all that good. mdm46410 (514), Griffith, Indiana, USA May 24, 2008 Poured from a 22oz bomber and served in a shaker. This beer poured a cloudy, dark amber with a thin head of beige foam that quickly faded away. No lace. The aroma of the beer was made up of caramel, iced tea, and some mild citrus hops. The flavor consisted of toasted caramel, orange, and light pine. The mouthfeel was medium-bodied with light carbonation. Just another middle of the road amber. beerbill (1157), Laurel, New York, USA Apr 26, 2008 22 oz. bottle thanks to a trade with Ty5592. The pour is all head, no matter how slowly I pour it down the side of the glass. Makes we wonder if this beer is infected, but the beer did not gush out when I opened the bottle and does not smell foul. The aroma is light and pleasant with notes of malt and pine. Now that the head has settled a bit, I can see this is a cloudy amber beer. There are no floaters or any other flotsam. The taste is metallic and acrid. This is impossible to finish. Down the drain it goes...
