Medium-bodied with a complex malt flavor, this Amber Ale exhibits a subdued malt character elevated by a subtle citrus aroma.

Pours a clear copper color with a nice soapy head. Aroma is very faint of slight caremel malt with a slight grassy hop note and a slight vinegarish dirty feet note. Taste follows the Aroma minus the dirty feet aspect. Its a very simple but ok amber Ale. Light body very easy drinking.

Thick. Syrupy sweet and a bit malty. Too sweet, with no presence from any other flavor.

Clear amber brown pour with smaller off white head. Smell is malty, touch fruity but all in all not much going on. Taste is unbalanced sweet caramel malts and lots of residual sugar sweetness with bits of fruitiness. Comes off like a cheap lager in some aspects.

ok, we get it. you add honey to stuff. it can work sometimes. but it doesnt work with everything. this shouldnt be this sweet. tastes like corn, honey and a little bit of malt. totally skimped on the hops. cloying on the tongue. next.

Pours a clear golden orange from the bottle with thin off-white head that leaves good lace. Aroma is light toffee, a hint of bread, and some phenol. Taste is better, nice caramel and bread notes, good crisp finish. Nothing spectacular, but a solid beer, easy to drink.

Good if you like sweeter Ambers. Perhaps the sweetness hides the aroma a bit. Personally, the second time I bought it was not as good as the first.

Bottle. Amber pour with aroma and taste of mild citrus and malt. Tasted pretty darn good on a 90 degree day.

Slightly plum taste...good smell....a good flavored beer...not bad for a supermarket beer

Dark amber pour with an off-white head. Nose of biscuit and apple. Grass, toast, maybe some toffee, and water. A touch of toffee malt flavor along with toast and bread. Grassy hops, water, and apple. Not terribly offensive, but not enjoyable either.

Appearance: Pours with a minimal fizzy khaki head which leaves only a fizzy collar in its wake – beer should not pour like soda pop. Dull orange and garnet. Clear with no chill haze. Swirls fizzy and disappears quickly.
Nose: Generic orange sweetness in the back. Soggy lemon peel and zest. Bread on the verge of staleness. Wet and soggy with a bit of old orange and lemon and bread.
Palate: Fizzy mouthfeel and medium-light weight that reeks of stale bread and old brown spotted oranges. The finish is thankfully quick and doesn’t linger. A harsh bite in the back makes swallowing unpleasant. Watery.
Final Thoughts: A contract brew for ABC Fine Wine & Spirits, the white collar corporate peeps in charge of this bastardization of a craft beer project need a bit of schooling on what real and really good craft beers taste like. Blech. Suffice to say I didn’t finish the bottle.
