Three types of hops combine in this Pale Ale for a complex citrus hop aroma with deep flavor and a long crisp finish. A brand created for Harris Teeter supermarkets.

Bottle from a Save-Mart. Pours light amber with a light beige head. Aroma of light roast malt with a hint of citrus. Med body plus. Frothy carb helps with the body. The malt is roasty enough to qualify for APA, and there’s some light hop bitter which seems citrus. A decent ale, but certainly not one to excite the nose and mouth.

Genny brewing a craft beer, that is something.. Anyway, bottle from total wine and more in claymont. Pours clear copper with a small white head and a lot of carbonation. The aroma is muted but has some mild grassy notes and a little caramel maltiness. The taste is lightly bitter up front and then is overtaken by a caramel sweetness. This is alright but nothing exciting.. a little more of a malty APA than hoppy in my opinion. A little watery..

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2014 Poured from bottle. Interesting aroma - hops, cooked veggies and soap. Clear amber with white head. I taste spruce backed with piney grassy hops, citrus, burnt malt, grass, honey. Not a big fan of spruce but it is fairly drinkable. Unique.

355ml bottle pours a golden orange color with a finger of white head that leaves some decent lacing on the glass. Aroma is light citrus and caramel. Taste is a light citrus and grass hop bitterness with a caramel malty sweetness underneath. Light bodied with decent carbonation. A decent pale ale, but nothing compared to a good West Coast pale ale.
