3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Sample at the brewery. Pours a pretty clean gold with diminishing beige head and great lacing. Nose of grapefruit, tangerine, grain. Medium body and light bitterness. Some citrus flavor but a lot of grain comes through. Maybe I killed my palate by having Evil first but I was not crazy about this.

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
The Growler, NY tap ($7): Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is light hops, with some bready malts. Taste is moderately hoppy, but it is really a mellow and sessionable APA. Ain’t nothing much to it.

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
On tap. Doesn't taste or smell like much of anything, really. Some malted grains I guess; finishes crisp with a faint bitterness. An unoffensive, sessionable, and forgettable pale ale.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Long Island, NY - Growler poured into a shaker glass. It poured a clear dark color with intermediate white fluffy head, excellent lacing. Aroma is is slightly of hops. Taste is initially sweet but feels watered down. Follows is the hop bitterness. Nothing special here...I was expecting more, it could have been the growler.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap @ 61 Local with Erica last night. Pours light gold with white, fizzy head. Tightly packed bubbles. Aroma is floral and earthy. Palate is malty and bitter. Delicious for the first few sips. Almost too much, but it’s a controlled bitterness which kind of sticks to the center of the tongue and doesn’t spread or linger for very long. A little off-balance but still tasty.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draft. Pours a hazy orange body with a white head. Aromatically hoppy but lightly at that. Hints of citrus and earth tones. Flavor is soft and hoppy very lean with a lightly grass like hop tone to finish. Easy drinking pale ale.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at Rattle, where Joe and I stopped on our way to meet up with Zach prior to going to Get Real NY. Pours a hazed orange with a thin white head. Dirty citrus, earth and toast. Earthy malt, cool and clean. Nice earth notes, pungent but not overpowering. Very well balanced, caramel and malt. Long grapefruit bitterness. Very nice stuff.
