Draft at Queens Kickshaw, NYC. Bubbly white head, sweet what, drying bitter hop over fruity citrus. Alright Kolsch for sure.

On tap at the Bronx Ale House in 2013. A very good kolsch, one of the better ones I’ve had. Fresh bread, a little lime & a good level of hops.

BLADT (625) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - JUN 29, 2014
Draft pour. Amber-yellow in glass with a nice white head atop. Inviting, grassy nose with notes of fruit and yeast. Crisp, with more grassy flavors melded with moderate floral notes and some grain. Long finish. Enjoyed.

Pours a pale clear gold, medium frothy head. Aroma is hay, light yeast, wheat, faint hop. Flavor is crisp hop, wheat, hay, faint lemon. Lightish mouthfeel. Very drinkable. Read the phucking book

tgncc (2818) - Bellmore, New York, USA - MAR 9, 2014
The aroma is grassy, caramel. The appearance is golden orange, white head. Grassy, caramel sweet flavor, very clean. Finish is grass, spicy, lightly bitter. Medium in body, sticky mouthfeel. Good for this style.

callmemickey (2779) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 10, 2014
Light golden body, thin white head, minimal lacing. Pale malt, gentle floral and grassy hops. Medium to light bodied, soft malt sweetness, rounded finish. Doesn’t capture the spirit of Kolsch. Not fruity, clean, and refreshing.

mansquito (3386) - Nueva York, New York, USA - DEC 29, 2013
The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: Pours golden with a white head. Aroma is bread, pale malt, and some light hops. Beer is rather crisp. Light malt. Light amount of bitterness. Modicum of kolschy fruitiness. A light and refreshing beer, but very well crafted.

Draught from the cannibal. Bright gold white head. Grain etc. A very good American kolsch.

Tap at Hoptron - clear gold - sticky lace - crisp, dry, grassy, and clean kolsch - light clean sweetness up front makes way for crackery malt, a light mineral bite, and grassy, lightly peppery hops - way executed.
