Mild spicy fruity wheaty tangy subdued sweetness and underlying smokiness with some lemony citrus. Clean tangy smokey finish. Nice light effervescent body. The whole thing comes together great, probably because I love smoke beer and Belgian wits. The perfect summer beer. Wish it was summer. Excellent and innovative. Love it.,
