Draught @Albion. Clear rich yellow with very small white foamy head, faint citrus aroma, medium carbonation, citrus taste with little hops influence, abrupt finish leaving behind a slight lemon peel aftertaste. Smooth and balanced brew.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazed golden amber with a thin white head. Musky tropical fruit, hints of grass and citrus. Medium bodied, big tropical fruit with some heavy pineapple notes. Does thin out a bit but there is still a ton of flavor. Gentle bitterness on the finish.

Growler filled at Dave’s Bellport Cold Beer and Soda. Pours a mostly clear gold with a moderate white head that lasted through the first quarter of the glass and left partial lace. Very pleasant aroma of pineapple, orange and grapefruit. Very hop forward and citrusy. The flavor is malt followed by a wash of citrus hops bitterness that is a combination of fruit and pith. Moderate bitterness at the finish. Medium bodied. What a nice session ale!

Draft (s) at Ginger Man. Floral, fruity, citrus hops on the nose and palate. Like all SIPA’s, feels hollow and thin. The hop profile is fresh and powerful - citrusy, floral, spicy, bitter. Very flavorful, and one of the better SIPA’s I’ve tried.

The aroma is nice citrus and floral hops, caramel sweetness. Hop forward. The flavor is like the aroma, but a tad more earthy. The appearance is a slightly hazy orange, white head. Medium in body. The finish is floral hops. Nice overall. Hops dominate in this beer.

Sample at Ginger Man NYC. Pours a hazy gold color with a medium thin white head that evaporates quickly to an outer ring. Strings of lacing on the glass. Grassy hops, malt and fruit in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of herbal hops, toasted malt and citrus. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.

kermis (11038) - Where the wild whales are, NETHERLANDS - OCT 5, 2013
Draft at Churchkey. Pours hazy orange with a small off white head. Aroma of citrus, pine, grapefruit, resin. Flavour is heavy bitter, overtopped like the heavy aroma to cope with the low abv. Light bodied with soft carbonation.

Draft. Hazy golden color, white head, solid lacing. Aroma of scallions, chives, wet lumps of grass that you clean out from under your lawnmower. Taste is bitter fruity gras. Very nice.
