(32.5cl bottle, courtesy of Mario) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small fizzy white head. Aroma of cereal, straw, and grass. Flavor of corn and cereal with a watery mouthfeel.

Bottle. Basically clear, yellow water. If you search there’s some grain and hay there.

A very light pale lager, with a slightly sour grainy note, hardly any bitterness, and a quick, sourish finish. Not among the better ones in Mexico, as I can tell, because it doesn’t offer any reason to drink it, other than a cool bottle.

Bottled 325ml. -Cute chubby bottle but famous Central/South American macro signature remains the same. Clear yellow coloured, small white head, touch of cereals in the nose. Weak malty, corn and light notes of cereals with short finish. Watery, flat and harmless. Again just like all those "tasty" macros I’ve "enjoyed" for three weeks earlier this year in Brazil.

This poured a straw yellow with a white head. Aroma was of.corn, smoke, and other veggies. Flavor was corn and vegetables, no hop presence at all. Blah

Bottle. Clear, yellow water. Thin head. Stake nose. Light vegetal notes. Thin body. Fritos and sweetner. Slight bile. Not good.

If you want a authentic Mexican beer this is your beer. Its very light but has decent flavor. Reminds me of a Corona, so drop in a lime and kick back.

Okay look with bleached white head and a bright yellow body with heavy carbonation. Heavy aroma of skunked cabbage and nothing else. Flavour is a weak mix of lemon and cardboard. Wet mouthfeel. It would be hard to do much worse than this.

Barrilito has a thick, white head, a clear, bubbly (etched glass), straw appearance, with visible white particles roiling about, and some decent lacing strips left behind. The aroma is of sweet, lightly-roasted malt, and the flavor is the same, with some very low level hop note at the end. Mouthfeel is light and watery, and Barrilito finishes crisp, clean, refreshing, and highly drinkable. This comes across more like a light beer than a regular beer. No bad notes, though. RJT
