A very nice porter. Full roasted aroma but thin mouthfeel. Barrington’s beers are fresh and well served. This is a well-typed standard porter.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a dark, almost black, brown, with a small beige head. Aroma was malt and light milk chocolate. Palate was medium in body with a nice smooth feel. Carbonation was on the low side. Flavor was roasted malt, milk chocolate and a hint of caramel. This brewery boasts that their beers are fresh and this one certainly was.
