courtesy of Philipp and Thomas - slightly hazy blond beer under a hugely foamy white head; nice lace; dusty aroma of apple juice; very sweet and slightly acidic; moderate malt body, some papery notes and very long sweetish notes of apples and cinnamon in the finish - it’s a no go !

750ml bottle. Slightly cloudy golden colour with average, collapsing white head. Slightly sweet Kölsch-like aroma with a hardly discernible cinnamon note. Taste starts like sweet clear apple juice, a steadily increasing cinnamon note reaches an almost sharp culmination, lost out by a citrus induced Kölsch-like taste with bitter finish. Nice development of taste, medium to light body.
