Sweet caramelly aroma. Looks nicely dark. Burnt caramel in the taste. Hints of liquorice. Adequate stout, but perhaps too sweet.

Pigs Ear. The Long Good Friday teamed up with ChrisO. Light haze on this dark brown beer. Little pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi soft and a little dry. Fresh. A little lactose in the smooth dry malt. Bare whispers of roast and coffee. Subtle tangy fruits. Dry finish.

Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival in KEGS! Smells strongly of honeycombe. Tastes the same way, like a crunchie bar without the chocolate! Turns to a bitter finish with a touch of orange. Very interesting beer!
