COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask; Regular. Also available bottle conditioned.
This is a beer that was brewed initially for the events on the Rougham Airfield but is now brewed on a more regular basis. It will be available at the 'Bar Humbug' at the Blackthorpe Barn events. A light bitter with a full fruity body weighing in at 3.8%. In the grist there is Maris Otter that is grown locally for the East Anglian Brewers Co-operative and in the copper we start with one of my favourite hops, Challenger. There are a few Heersbrucker thrown in and then I finish off with Styrian Goldings.
There are three labels, all paintings commissioned for the Airfield, available as a bottled three pack at the events or from the brewery itself.
