Bottle conditioned, from Beer Cellar in Lincoln. Faintly hazy amber gold, thin but lasting white head and gentle condition. Pleasantly spicy aromas with ginger and cinnamon most apparent, although some sweet maltiness makes its way through. Quite dry and yeasty in the mouth with a faint fruity/woody tartness noticable, low cinnamon and pepper notes and a dry corriander edge. Finish is long, sweet and mouthtinglingly spicy with a warming pepper burn lingering. The spices mask the alcohol level but are never too dominant.

UPDATED: FEB 22, 2012 Gravity At The East Anglian Medieval Fayre.Cloudy orange in colour with no head, aroma is of citrus and cloves, taste is of ginger,hops and other spices with a good bitter finish,a strange brew that just works so well. I watched knights joust and falcons swoop as I drank,a fantastic day out.
