COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Deep amber to red in color, good malt flavor with low to medium hop bitterness. For those that like the Irish red beer, a Silver Medal winner at the 2011 World Expo of Beer.

Sampled at the brewpub. An unfiltered beer that is red in color with a small off white head. It is full of sweet malt. Some is roasted, some is unmalted barley, some gives a chocolate flavor (didn’t expect that). Feel is delightfully smooth. Very sweet and very good.
