leaparsons (6082) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - APR 6, 2007
Cask, Cow and Plough, Stougton. Amber brown with an off-white head. Aromas are malty and sweet with caramel/toffee and doughy cookies. Some chocolate, too. Flavours are malty with toffee, chocolate and some fruintess, especially spiced oranges. Pretty good, but a bit "muddy".

harrisoni (9609) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - MAR 27, 2007
Cask handpull at Fly in the Loaf, Liverpool. Amber colour with slight haze and thin beige head. Pale ESB style beer. Some yeast on aroma. Good rounded slightly sweet fruit. Like a sweet nectarine, followed by balancing tingly hop. Bit of alcohol sweetness with a touch of burn. Slightly sticky sweet palate. Nice enough.
