On tap at the Wichita Pub in Clackamas, Oregon. Pours cloudy amber, quite a surprise for the style. Nose seems fruity, in a mild way. Not like any beer Iíve ever tasted, but certainly not bad, fresh tasting. Hides the alcohol well. If I can find this in the supermarket, Iíll bring a few back with me, I want my friends to try it. You canít beat those metal bottles for taking beer home in your check-in luggage.

Clear bright amber color with lasting ivory head. Spicy, pine, tropical fruit, pale malt aromas. Medium body with average co2. Nice evergreen tree hoppy bitter flavors withssome toast, dusty pale malt____crisp drying finish---good.

Excellent beer. Draft at their brewery. Orange/red. White head. Wine and fruit taste. Bitter ending

Bottle: Orangish caramel in color, thick, moderate fluffy sandy head, nice lacing.   Not what I was expecting.   Doughy and citrusy on the nose.   Very "ale" like on the tongue.   Not much about this screams lager.   Smooth, citrusy, with a bit of sweetness, pale breadiness, some muted toffee and caramel.   This is pretty tasty, better than expected.   Clean finish, soft citrus bits and breadiness lingers.   Really, an IPL.   Good nonetheless.

Can/bottle from Malt & Vine. Pours dark copper with a creamy/foamy beige? head. Aroma is fruit and malt. Hop type fruit. Full bodied or nearly. Does thin as carb leaves. Flavor is sort of toasty/bready with a lot of hop that seems floral/fruit - dank even. Not really getting citrus or resin. Thereís a sneaky hop burn with time. Mild, but burn. Thereís a lot of hop in this. It is incredibly delicious. Clarence made a mistake with Malmsey. This would be the better choice.

This style, hoppy lagers, seems to be Base Campís strength. Pours a clear copper color with a large white head. A fruity nose, light honey sweet malts. The flavor is excellent: creamy, fresh fruity hops, deep resin, clean. SOme caramel. Excellent beer.

Aluminum Adventure bomber, needs re-sealable cap to complete the package. Clear orange copper, healthy rocky off-white head settles and lasts, leaving some messy lacing. Floral piney malty aroma. Clean citric floral pine hop taste, backseat lager malts. Average carbonation, light bodied, moderately hopped. An enjoyable crossover, time to denote IPL as a style? MLF (More Lagerboy Friendly)

Colour...lightly cloudy amber with little head. Nose...musty, sweaty hops and sugar sirop. Palate...frisky, bitter and tangy with mounds of piney hops and a smattering of citrusy hops. The tangy thing lasts across the palate and earthy, dusty hops come in mid palate and last through the finish.

On draught at St. Paul Fresh Hop Fest 10/12/13. Copper color. Resinous pine aroma. Taste is pine, bitter caramel, and a hint of grapefruit. Very fresh tasting.

All over the map. An ugly beer, too dark for a lager. Lovely hop aroma, grass, citrus and flowers. Flavour has malt and hops, but seems a bit unbalanced. Mouthfeel and finish are perfect. A beer to seek out.
