3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Can. Appearance: slight white head, straw color, cloudy, sediment. Aroma: wheat, citrus, light rye. Palate: light body, average carbonation, dry finish, bitter finish. Taste: sweet wheat into citrus with light pils hops bitterness that is pretty intense. Overall, really nice beer, like the more than traditional bitterness, very good balance. Really enjoyable.

[2/24/15] Draught at Base Camp Brewing in Portland. Slightly hazy yellow. Aroma of diacetyl and a bit of rye. Sweetish buttery flavor with a spicy rye touch and a mildly bitterish finish. Creamy diacetyl mouthfeel.

Ok pilsener. Of the tasters one of the more drinkable ones. Funky aftertaste but a solid light lager

Very nice pilsner. Refreshing with a nice bit of hops, but not overly bitter like an IPA can be.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
" A crisp, clean pilsner that has a subtle and understated rye presence. If your going to bother, I’d have liked the rye to be a little more prominent, but the beer otherwise was ok with Bo obvious flaws. Refreshing brew."

Aluminum 22 pours orange slightly cloudy with a solid white head of small bubbles. The aroma is green malts. Taste is grassy hay, rye, spice, salt, and a hint of citrus. Palate is crisp and slightly oily with an initially off-putting wet-leaves bitter finish that gives way to a delicious buscuity bready spice and rye tail end.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Base Camp, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out some feint rye, though it’s all pretty subtle and distant. Flavour brings out rye, herbal notes and some crusty bready notes. Well-constructed, with a rye quality all throughout. Very nice pils.
