The Ripstop Rye Pils is our reinterpretation of the classic pilsner lager beer: aromas of European malt and noble-type hops mingle with a dignified, refreshing, and clean malt character that is further distinguished with a generous addition of spicy rye malt, creating a beer that is at once malty, zesty, crisp, hoppy, and incredibly drinkable.

Aluminiowa butelka. Gorycz przypomina zioła i grejpfrut. W posmaku cierpkie i gorzkie.

Tap at Base Camp. A: Cloudy straw-gold, drifting white head, a bubbles punctuating the glass. N: Very grassy, pine, earthiness, bark, and a touch of onion, peppercorn, and grapefruit. T: Sweet and bitter in proportion; very clean. M: Light, creamy body, no alcohol, soft carbonation. O: Quite good. On the forest side of hoppy, but it’s refreshing and clean. A good contender compared to Heater Allen.

Pours cloudy gold with a light frothy head. It has a mildly fruity aroma. It starts off tasting likens wheat beer and the malt blends with the hops towards the end to make this a pleasant and very drinkable beer which is perfect for hot afternoons.

22oz aluminum bottle pours a golden/yellow with a large fluffy white head. Aroma of mild grassy hops, yeast, and malt. Lots of upfront crisp flavor, grassy hops, dry pils malt, light lager yeast, and rye, bitter rye and hop spice drag to the finish. Pretty nice!

Orange/Amber pour with a thick head. Aroma is bready biscuity Pilsner, decent grassy hop and light rye bread. Flavour shows more prominent rye character. Some orange marmalade and biscuity malt. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Straw gold pour, small white head. Aroma and flavor are odd mix of corn and floral notes.
