6/25/05 Garden State Brewfest. Good to see this got some favorable reviews. This was very roasty in flavor with a little bit of molasses/caramel/candy flavors coming in. In some ways this was like a poor man’s Corsendonk Abbey Brown

At the Garden State Brewfest 2005. Probably the best of the Basil Ts that day. Not saying that much as I was underwhelmed. A good example of the style, but nothing remarkable to it.. The name was more creative than anything.
