Oct 28, 2007 Clear golden beer with very minimal haze. The head is small, white and slowly diminishes. Indeed wheaty nose, but kinda cidery, almost celery-like. Minimal banana notes. Kinda fresh, but very simple and a bit overly tart. Very light-bodied. A small flowery touch from the saaz fits, but the following limey finish seems exaggerated. A very thin example of dubious filtration.

rerate-aroma is wheat. Taste follows with slight hops and some bitterness/flatness. OK beer.

Jun 28, 2005 06.25.05 Tap @ Red Bank. Pale straw with thin white head. Grainy. Something of a mild peppery bite that’s surprising. Hints of bubblegum. Dumbed down version of a typical American bp wheat.

May 1, 2005 On tap at the Basil T’s Brew Pub. Poured a light, see through yellow color with no head. Aromas and tastes of some wheat. Lighlty sweet with a very light hop presence at the finish.
MaiBockAddict (1499), Good Beer Bar Deprived, New Jersey, USA
Aug 15, 2004 Tap at the brewery. Pale yellow and cloudy with a slight white lasting head. Fruity aroma with slight peppery notes. Flavor is light with a nice balance of noble hops and light malts. OK light brew with a little character. It is welll done.
