***Waiting to hear from the brewer to get full name and ABV on this brew** Had this over Halloween @ RedBank: Nose nearly black with an orange glow, nose was initially very hard to read... VERY cold and poured into pint. The spices are available upfront: nutmeg, cinnamon, slight taste of pumpkin mash. Great lacing, but way too cold, carbonation was a bit higher than is needed. Let the brew warm up a bit, much needed! Very deep spices available... the taste now offered more florals and also some coffee notes. Thin body, easily sessionable... too think for a porter?! Solid brew!
