Commercial Description:
A golden American Pale Ale characteristically well hopped with Cascade hops. Fermented dry to give it an invigorating crisp quality.

Good-looking, bright faded golden, clear and topped by a lasting and lacing off-white head. Flowery, citrusy and aromatic, fresh cascades offer a certain spiciness to the lively nose. The underlying bready malts offer an excellent support, the mouthfeel is supple and soft. The carbonation is cleansing, yet not too pointy. Well executed pale ale, tasting very fresh – and refreshing. Clean and pleasant.

Tap. Pours an amber colour with not much head. No discernable hop aromas, but some fruit on the nose. Flavor reminiscent of apricots with some hop notes in the background and a somewhat dry, bitter finish. This was the best of the beers I had at Basil T’s, but they were pretty mediocre.

On tap at the Basil T’s Brew Pub. Poured a golden color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas and tastes of mainly citrus with some flowers.
