Draft. Pours amber orange with an off white head. Fruity hoppy aroma with light sweet malts. The flavor has lightly sweet malts and floral and light citric hops. Not bad.
2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20 DiarmaidBHK (1521) - Pennsylvania, USA - APR 3, 2011

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 CUJO (383) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - AUG 9, 2009
sample: pours clear brown, thin head ring. Hops on the nose, nothing else as expected. Taste is lower on the hops, body is thin and flat. I may be rating these beers too hard but honestly not impressed at all.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 dmac (2656) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - JAN 5, 2009
Growler. Poured a clear slightly orange amber with a small white head. Aroma of hop plants, vegtables and flowers. Body is thin and watery and finishes with some nice bitterness. Flavor has some serious vegtable notes along with bitter hops. Drinkable yet forgetable.
3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Rastacouere (5919) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - OCT 28, 2007
Good-looking, bright faded golden, clear and topped by a lasting and lacing off-white head. Flowery, citrusy and aromatic, fresh cascades offer a certain spiciness to the lively nose. The underlying bready malts offer an excellent support, the mouthfeel is supple and soft. The carbonation is cleansing, yet not too pointy. Well executed pale ale, tasting very fresh – and refreshing. Clean and pleasant.

Tap. Pours an amber colour with not much head. No discernable hop aromas, but some fruit on the nose. Flavor reminiscent of apricots with some hop notes in the background and a somewhat dry, bitter finish. This was the best of the beers I had at Basil T’s, but they were pretty mediocre.
