I was’nt expecting much, but boy did it surprise me. Beautiful rich color with a refreshingly fruity palate. A triumph

Bottle or tap. Still one of my favorites. This nutty flavored brew leaves a fine after taste with each sip. Sits well on the palate.

This is a beer drinkers beer, what more can you ask for, full red color, nice head, allthough it is a little hoppy smelling. I enjoy this beer with a meal, and then even a couple after.

This beer is good in a bottle, but on tap, WOW. Mild fruity aroma and crisp fuil bodied taste. Nice complex (but not overwhelming) aftertaste.

This is a re-rate. I just had a can (pint) of this stuff, and really enjoyed it. I think the first tiem I had it, it was after a few other beers and my opinion was a bit offset. As far as specifications: aroma is a bit average, but still tasteful. Appearence is a nice brown, honey coloration. Small deminishing head. Flavor is crisp on the front end, with slight bitterness on the backend (which for me is pretty much how I like it). It rests nicely on the palate. I think I’ll have another!!

This is made using a two strain yeast, flowery aroma, hoppy at first then malty and nutty, copper hue with a medium head, syrupy, a good ale

Uni Staff Club Tasting 29/01/08. Nice amber golden, slight haze. Sweet malt nose, caramel flavours - served slightly on the warm side. Faint mineral notes, light carbonation but nice character and flavours

Not bad, but too commercial. It’s lacks a distinctive taste.
