honey/butterscotch nose, and hints of both of these on the palate, a bit yeasty and creamy and hoppy finish, nothing that great, i expected it to be better (with an average of 3.65).

Joins his buddy Newcastle as the most overrated beer of all time.

Another beer with nothing special about it. A little more reddish in the colour. And perhaps a little hint more bitterness.

Bottled. I read that the original Bass Pale Ale used to be unfiltered and bottle-conditioned. I guess it was a lot better then... it almost could't have been worse.

This beer smells of farts and in turn makes me smell the same. its possibly just me but it goes straight through. Nice colour though. Mass produced and smelly.

This is terrible stuff. Aroma is lager malts with skunked hops. Taste is similar complete rubbish really bad in every way.
