Bottle. Yet another IPA. Amber color. Big head. Grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit flavor. I wish another style would get popular.

mine from bottle and made in baldwin ny. malt gives it away and hop character is mild grapefruit. no alcohol apparent at 6.0. not bad brew is British style smooth and right up front on your palate or otherwise watery. a bit of butterscotch in there with hardly any butter.

Very British, with Fuggle hops. Limited aroma, light body and average head. Clear amber color. AB can brew a decent ale if they wish!

Amber ale, foamy white head that diminishes quickly. Grassy hops on the nose. Taste - grassy hops with light caramel malt. A very light IPA. A below avg IPA. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home in Salisbury. Pours clear copper-orange with a fine, foamy white head. Nose holds caramel, some berries, bread. Medium sweetflavor with sugary bread, mild leafy bitterness, further caramel, ripe berries. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with lightly toasted bread and caramel, some dirty leaves, ripe berries and other fruits. Lightly astringent but not terrible overall.

Bottle from wegmans. Pours clear amber with a small off white head that dissipates quickly. The aroma has light floral notes, light pine, some citrus. The taste is lightly citrus and lacks the punch of a real ipa style.

Copper color with a large head. Aroma of caramel and floral hops. Strong dark fruit flavors. Plenty of caramel. Moderate bitterness. Lightly floral after warming.

Bottle. Kind of a rich orange pour with a small foamy white head - not bad looking. Lots of caramel with some cardboard in the aroma - ugg. Nose is hoppier than the taste. Note a great brew here.

Bass IPA has a medium, off-white head, a clear, bubbly, amber appearance, and a little lacing left behind. The aroma is of caramel, toffee, brown bread crust, subdued hops, and sweetness. Taste is of those elements, with hop bitterness that tastes like hops, rather than grape fruit or pine oil. Mouthfeel is medium and slightly slick, and Bass IPA finishes semi-dry, refreshing, easy going, and delicious. They nailed it! RJT

Drank from bottle, I had this the other night to get it off the shelf because it just wont sell, very week for an IPA. The taste of caramel threw me off. It wasn’t hoppy enough to be a true IPA. Very, very meh.
