Copper pour with an off-white head. Aroma is mild hops, hint of fruit, and malt. Taste is caramel malt balanced by the hops. Little dry aftertaste. Ok lacing.

This poured amber with a small white head. Nose of malts and grassy hops. Medium body. Flavor is bland with light hops. Not much going on. Do not know how they call this an IPA.

Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. The label lists the abv at 6% and there is a short description of the beer as well. Appearance: Bass IPA has a honey amber color with a slight haze and some visible carbonation. On top sits a tall frothy head. The head is light tan in color and long lasting which makes some slick lacing on the glass. Smell: It has a very nice sweet malty character with some bready notes and notes of caramel, honey, coffee. Further off in the background I get some mild herbal and very mild citrus hops. Taste / Palate: The flavor doesn’t quite live up to the aroma but it still brings a nice balance of hops and malt. (If you are looking for a big tasty hop bomb you won’t find it here.) There is a nice mellow bready maltiness up front and though out with mild hop bitterness coming in late in the finish. These hops add citrusy orange pith like bitterness.

Bass needs to decide if they want to maintain their signature bubblegum flavor or actually make an IPA. No pine or citrus taste and finish has no hops. Not sure how you can call this an IPA.

Recently did a blind taste test with some old favorite British iPas and new American pale ales. It was so disappointing - I remember how good my first bass tasted but now it is like drinking corona - one note, no body and no finish. Used to love this years ago but don't even think about ordering today except in a bad Irish bar as part of a Black and Tan ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from 12oz bottle. Slightly hop forward with a medium sized bitterness on the finish. Notes of grapefruit and pine needles lead the pack, but a nice hop blend overall. --you've been Dubbed.

I didn’t realize that this was an A-B beer when I picked it up at the l0cal gr0cery st0re. N0 matter. It p0ured a clear br0nze b0dy with a m0dest bubble-filled head. The ar0ma had fl0ral and herbal scents with a quiet underlying sweetness. The taste was a light, dry maltiness with an earthy/herbal bitterness that lasted int0 the finish. 0kay.

Lighter IPA with an easily enjoyable palette. Crisp with a citrusy hoppy finish. Simply am easy citrusy hoppy beer. Great starter IPA for anyone looking for one. Moar buurrs

pours amber color with white fluffy head. that smells of grapefruit, malt, caramel, grass, and some earth. the flavor is malty and caramel up front followed by some mild citrus and grapefruit. This beer does not stand out against really anyone but its refreshing due to it being a milder ipa

Bottle. Yet another IPA. Amber color. Big head. Grapefruit aroma. Grapefruit flavor. I wish another style would get popular.
