Fairly average, middle-of-the-road, slightly sweet/malty ale. Slight caramel on the nose and flavor. Easy to drink.

Pours a clear dark amber color, topped with a decent white head. Mild malty aroma with some gentle notes of caramel. Taste is similar - slight sweetness, caramel and mild bitterness in the finish. Nothing out of the ordinary really.

Metallic aroma, uneven head. Seems like I’ve had 100s of these beers before. Bottle from either a Jumbo or AH Supermarket.

Terrible chemical remake with metallic taste. Caramel flavour with seems artificial, just not very good.

(Bass Pale Ale (Belgium)) Bottle 250 ml at home, served into a tulip, ABV 5% Deep copper orange to amber colour on the body, tall but thin white head, with okay retention, leaving spots of lacing behind. Aroma of malts, caramel, sugar, iron notes. Sweet taste, lots of caramel, metallic notes on the finish, bread. Medium thin body, high carbonation. Nothing extra ordinary.
