Average pale ale; I know it fairly well, but probably couldn’t pick it out in a tasting line-up. When I’m in the mood, I pick it.

Bottle. Nose is faintly citrus and floral -- thankfully, no skunk. Color is medium amber with a faint head. Taste is pretty straightforward -- medium roast, no hops, and a decent beery tang. It is what it is -- but if all I had available was Bud, Coors, Miller, and this, I’d drink a lot of this.

It’s your standard Pale Ale, so there’s not much to say about it, but it could be a Pale Lager, so rejoice!

Golden color, small head. Doesn’t smell like much, a little malty. Mostly malty with just faint bitterness. Not too complex. Drinkable. Can be a fallback choice if all the others are bud light, etc.

A: Moderately dark, yet also bright with a pretty good head. S: Not too much going on here--some light malt and mild hop presence. Nothing overpowering. T: Some pale malts come out, as well as typically-English hops. M: Pretty good here. No alcohol presence. Carbonation is good, but nothing exceptional. D: Fairly drinkable and not a bad fallback for when the selection isn’t very promising. However, now that BA has "enlightened" me, I probably won’t be seeking this one out as a premium beer any longer.

Pours a pale amber with a decent white head. Smells fruity and of faint malts and even fainter hops. Tastes nice and malty with a little bit of hop bitterness. Medium-bodied with a smooth texture and pleasant carbonation Bass Pale Ale finishes somewhat dry and somewhat bitter but still enjoyable. I prefer is cooler, and maybe even from the tap.

12oz bottle pours clear amber/copper with a medium off white head. Aroma caramel, bread, and raisin. Taste is similar to aroma, watery and thin. Drinkable but nothing wonderful.
