Pint here in good old ChCh NZ. Nice enough but a bit like your old girlfriend. Comfortable, but other thrills lurk around the corner. It has stood up pretty well to it’s journey in all said and done.

Rather malty and salty. The pour appearance doesn’t knock my socks off. There isn’t much aroma, but the darn beer is drinkable.

Pretty mellow, but pretty pleasant at the same time. Not hoppy enough or spicy enough for me, even compared to Goose Harvest. This beer isn’t incredible, but it’s drinkable, aight?

Pours a reddish orange body with a thick, crisp white head--classic ale body...nice misty lacing as glass drains... toffee, malt and some metallic pilsner hints.... hops are mellow if not subtle... carbonated, medium-bodied ale that settles the mouth more like a lager... quite drinkable, but somewhat slick... malty caramel tones with toffee--smooth, but neither buttery, nutty or hoppy--hmmmm... as a mass-produced ale, Bass holds its own and is still a pleasant choice, especially when considering its availability at most drinking establishments and even some house parties... consistent and familiar...

Tres belle couleur orange cuivrée, peu de mousse mais énormément de gout. Impossible de ne pas aimer ce classique Anglais. Pas trop bitter, pas trop houblonné, les plus fins y verront une petite finale caramélisé. Excellent!!!

Not too bad. Nice hops. Nothing too remarkable to mention. Seemed a bit dark in color to me.
