mikebeertaster (94), vancouver, Washington, USA Apr 4, 2008 I was hoping for something more bitter. Hadn’t had for a long time and I remember a more bitter beer. It is a smooth beer and cooper in color BOLTZ7555 (1053), Phoenix, Arizona, USA Apr 4, 2008 Now this is a good everyday type of brew. Beautiful copper with pillowy white head, this beer has a moderate amount of both malt and hops (nothing overbearing) that play nicely on the palate. The alcohol content is low enough to drink a few and high enough to let you know it. Cheers!!! HoppyGuy (111), USA Apr 3, 2008 Pours a copper color with a medium white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Malty floral aroma. Smooth, fairly malty, almost sweet taste, with a light hop twist. I’d like to pair this with a BLT sandwich on sourdough toast and tomato bisque soup. jjuf1853 (467), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA Apr 2, 2008 Bottle pours a rich amber color with a decent sized tan head. Aroma of sweetness, malt, and hops. Good flavor with a nice mix of rich malts and hop bitterness. guyinchicago (516), marengo, Illinois, USA Mar 29, 2008 nice orange color with medium to small white head. tastes of hops and malts overall an above average beer but makes a great black and tan cb23 (97), St. louis, Missouri, USA Mar 28, 2008 Updated: Jan 5, 2009Draft. Poured a light copper color with small diminishing head. tasted of sweat malt and floral notes. Very fruity notes in the beer with a dash of hops that smoothes the beer out a bit. Not as hoppy as domestics (APA) are. Very drinkable and refreshing. rman18 (200), South Amboy, New Jersey, USA Mar 28, 2008 Nice everyday beer. The aroma is sweet with a bit of hops. The color is a golder redish yellow.
